Cookie Policy
1. About this Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how OMEGA3ZONE GLOBAL LTD (registration number Vat ID CY10440393P, registered address Sotiraki Markidi Avenue 35 — 8036 Paphos, Cyprus, "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://omega3zoneb2b.sale/ (the "Website"), and forms part of our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. Where this Policy refers to your rights as a data subject (access, rectification, erasure, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus), those rights and the legal bases for processing are set out in full in the Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small text file stored on a device. Similar technologies may store or access information through local storage, pixels, tags, software development tools or device identifiers.

2. Our categories

  • Strictly necessary. These technologies are required to provide a service you request, protect the Website, route traffic or remember your privacy choices. They are not used for optional analytics or advertising. Where legally permitted, they operate without consent.
  • Analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and interactions so that we can understand and improve the Website. Analytics must remain off until you consent. We do not use Google Ads, Floodlight, Meta Pixel, remarketing, embedded video trackers, chat widgets, A/B testing, heatmaps or other advertising and personalisation trackers.

3. Technologies used

The final inventory must be generated from the production Website after GTM and the consent platform are configured. Delete rows that do not apply and add every cookie, local-storage key, pixel and cookieless request discovered.
Google Tag Manager manages tags and does not make every tag lawful or necessary. The Website operator must review every item in the published GTM container and ensure that optional tags cannot fire before the relevant consent.

4. Your choices

On your first visit, the banner must offer equally clear Accept analytics and Reject analytics choices. No analytics checkbox may be pre-selected. Closing or ignoring the banner does not constitute consent.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the Website footer. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent. Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the banner, but browser settings may block them and may prevent the Website from working correctly.
If you have questions about how we use your personal data more generally, or wish to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, please see the Privacy Policy or contact us using the details in Section 8. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (email: commissioner@dataprotection.gov.cy).

5. Google consent configuration

We use basic Google consent mode. Google Analytics and the Google Tag Manager container do not load until analytics consent is granted.
Tilda may record limited, aggregated, cookieless visit statistics (e.g. anonymised server-log counts such as page-view totals) when analytics consent is not granted. These statistics do not use persistent identifiers, do not permit singling out an individual browser or device, and are not shared with Google or any third party for measurement, personalisation or advertising purposes. If Tilda's implementation changes such that this is no longer the case, this Policy will be updated and consent will be sought before any such collection begins.
Consent defaults and GTM triggers must be configured before any optional tag runs. We set analytics_storage to "denied" by default. Because we do not use Google advertising products (Section 2), ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are also kept at "denied" by default at all times and are not affected by the analytics consent choice.

6. Children

The Website is a B2B website addressed to business users and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.

7. International data transfers

Some providers listed in Section 3 are established, or process data, outside the European Economic Area:
●Google Ireland Limited (EEA-based) may transfer data collected via Google Analytics to Google LLC (USA) for processing. This transfer is made under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures as required by Google's data processing terms.
●Tilda LLC and its infrastructure providers may process data outside the EEA. Any such transfer is made under Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR.
A copy of the relevant safeguards can be requested using the contact details in Section 8.

8. Updates and contact

We will update this Policy when technologies, providers or durations change. Where a change introduces a new category of optional cookie, we will seek your consent again before it is used; for other changes we will update the "Last updated" date above.
